West Harbor, Fishers Island, New York

Enjoy a short sail over to Fisher's Island, ending the day with a great BBQ at the Fisher's Island Yacht Club

Len Czuba reports, "Individuals bring their own food and cook on an FIYC grill large enough for several to cook at once. The Harbor Captain brings plenty of charcoal. It is Down home and kids are welcome. I did it last year with my son and his seven and nine year old daughters as crew on Grendel. We had a great time. The girls particularly enjoyed fishing for crabs all afternoon and evening. I hope to do the same this summer."
